Charles Gregg started with OrthoAtlanta in 2012 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2013. As a forward-thinking, solutions-driven healthcare administrator with more than 25 years of experience, Charles has held positions of progressively broader leadership responsibility. His prior medical practice administration experience includes leadership roles in bariatrics, dermatology and in a pediatric practice. While in the Air Force, Charles served as a flight medic; he saw patients, drew blood, roomed patients, and assisted in procedures. He does not claim to know everything that our employees experience on a day-to-day basis, but he is glad that he has worked in many roles because it gave him a greater understanding of the operations and a greater appreciation of the employees. He has received high marks from the physicians with whom he has worked at OrthoAtlanta, and has been described as hard-working, responsive and a timely and clear communicator. Charles has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from St. Leo University, St. Leo, Florida.
Charles is originally from the upper Midwest, in the Milwaukee area. He grew up in Missouri before relocating to Tampa and then Atlanta. His father is a Pathologist and his mother, a judge. Charles has many interests, including outdoor activities such as gardening, fishing and hunting, and participating in triathlons. Charles is married to Cami and they enjoy entertaining, giving back to the community, and horsing around with their two dogs.
